Dr Gopalan is extremely knowledgeable, curteous, patient and caring. I never feel rushed during my office visits. That is so important to me. He makes me feel like I am somebody. Dr Gopalan is the best Primary Care Dr that I've ever had.

Dr. Gopalan has been the my family's PCP for the past 18 years. He always provides exceptional care regardless of how large or small the concern for the visit. He takes the time to ask about my kids, my wife, and my job, as well as current events during the time alloted for each visit. At this point, Dr. G has become more like a close family friend than a doctor and I would not feel nearly as comfortable visiting anyone else.

The doctor is very nice, but one of the girls that sit in the front desk is rude. She take personally grudges out on people. I believe she is from India.Many times my refills were not done, other times she made my appointment and when i went she said i am not on schedule, now i am a 64 year old, and they treat me this way i don' know how they would treat other people. People like her mess up for the doctors and that's why i am giving Dr. Ramana 1 star.
