Dr. Ramana Naidu, MD

I first tried to work with Dr. Naidu in 2022. He reviewed my x-ray and let me know that my back is broken in three places, and that I have bone fragments that should be removed. The next step was supposed to be an MRI, which required pre-authorization from insurance. The office said they could get this done, but it never happened, and after trying to get them to help for 6 months (many phone calls) I gave up. Two years later I got my primary care physician to get the MRI pre-authorized, and they referred me back to Dr. Naidu. First his office staff gave me the wrong date for my appointment, I showed up on Feb 28th to learn that my appointment was for March 28th. Then, this morning when I showed up at 8:43 am, they let me know that because I was 3 minutes late, my appointment had been canceled (they cancel any appointment if you are more than 2 minutes late). I had it in my calendar for 8:45 AM. Save yourself the headache, and look elsewhere.

I felt informed,and the care is excellent . Dr Naidu is personable and , airways makes me feel safe and in good hands.

Dr. Naidu gave me a life. Finding him was a godsend. He treated me for trigeminal neuralgia when no one else would. I've been his patient for nearly ten years and throughout that time he was caring, compassionate and most importantly COMPETENT. He will take good care of you, I promise!

I left with no plan, no advice, just a shot of Vitamin B and a suggestion to come back in a month. I could not get a follow up appointment. One of the most difficult abd disappointing days in my quest for health care.

I met with Dr. Naidu, and he was very courteous and informative. Explained why he thought I was a candidate for Vertiflex , so we scheduled the procedure. It was highly successful, no pain after over a year. Thank you so much Dr. Naidu, your a great doctor .

Visit with doctor was fine. Trying to cancel further appointment was a nightmare. Could not leave message. Even when pressed phone button to change or cancel appt. person who answered said they could not. Forwarded me to another person whose message machine rang and rang and rang but couldnt leave message. This was second attempt to cancel appointment unsuccessfully a week apart. Could not cancel through my health online either or leave a message for doc. I will WRITE A LETTER. TRYING NOT TO BE CHARGED FOR NOT MAKING IT TO THE APPOINMENT. I am very reluctant to do further business with Dr Naidu due to TERRIBLEcustomer service.

It took me several attempts to get the initial visit. Once I did the MRI and everything else he wanted to review, it took months to book an injection. Then he cancelled my appointment 3 times. He wasted 7 months of my time.

After years of seeing other pain specialists who dismissed my complaints of Constant, severe pain in my right hamstring, Dr Naidu not only knew what I was talking about but knew how to fix it. More than Six months after a shot my pain is still down from an 8 to a 3. And the constant, piercing spasm is gone!
