Impossible to communicate with him. He is rarely in the office. There is no patient portal or anyway to communicate with him unless you call the main number and leave a message. It can take days for him to get back to you. If you are looking for somebody you can access and help you with your problems, look somewhere else. Every time you talk to him, he is in a hurry and doesn’t want to listen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Worse doctor ever! I wish i could give a zero star
Prescribed the wrong dosage of medication! Doesn’t even listen to u & complains that he can’t read the chart and nurses say, everything is typed, so don’t understand that! I saw him @ Haven Behavior Center in reading , pa! Did nothing to help me, told me to get out of the room because he had other patients to see.

I was a patient in this office for over 3 years. Appointments were difficult to schedule and if you scheduled one late in the day you were likely to wait at least an hour to be seen. Once you were seen we were often interrupted by other staff members. My visits felt rushed and I felt like I wasn't listened to. The front desk is a revolving door, owner's wife is rude to patients, no organization, and forget asking for a billing statement. If you have a question about a bill there never seems to be anyone around to help. Oh, and the phone doesn't work half the time.

Please go anywhere else but here. Please. They play with people's medications in a terrible way. The office is so disorganized and rude, most of the time. They've messed up major medications every single month since we began treatment here 6 months ago. Each month, I spend HOURS trying to reach them to get it sorted out.... Each month, the medication is allowed to lapse - I am now on very friendly terms with our local pharmacist, who is forced to call this office multiple times each month on my behalf (they never have their calls returned). I have to threaten to go into the office before I'll even get a call back about the medication mix up. Last month, they missed one medication entirely and lost all record of my most recent visit to the doctor! I had to prove to them, with their own prescription, that I was seen at all. We are looking to switch ASAP. Please - do not go here.

Dr Eluri is fantastic. If you schedule evening appointments you'll have to wait a bit, but it's because he takes all the time with patients that they need. Plus, being able to see a doctor of his caliber after work hours is very rare. I have never liked psychiatrists I have seen before but Dr Eluri is the exception. He is very personable and will explain every little thing to you if you ask. The girls in reception are awesome, they knew me by name inside of a few appointments and are very helpfu

I have nothing but good experiences with Dr. Eluri and Jill the psychiatric nurse. Sometimes it gets a little crowded and you wait a bit (20 min) but they give you the time you need as well. The therapists are good too.

I found him to be a great doctor. Saved my life in the fact that he is affordable without insurance. Tends to run late, but got around that by scheduling my appointments early in the day. Worth the wait though, since he actually helped me.

Dr. Eluri heard me out when I told him of my previous experiences as well as my apprehension to medication because of previous adverse side effects. I was open and honest with Dr. Eluri. Dr. Eluri asked me key questions, and knew exactly what to prescribe me. I'm on my 3rd month negative side effect free, and feeling like my depression and anxiety are finally coming under control. I smile more and am scared less. Dr. Eluri is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone.
