I wish they would answer their phones!
Do they ever answer the phone? I'm passed 3 days now from leaving a message. I'm an existing patient but can't get anyone to call me back so I can schedule an appointment. This is ridiculous and this isn't the first time! I wonder if Dr. Panara knows how poorly his office is run.

NOW SHOW CHARGE ~ DON'T LEAVE A VOICEMAIL
NO SHOW CHARGE - I was scheduled for a follow up appointment for February 27, 2023 AND called to cancel my appointment and had to leave a voicemail that I needed to cancel my appointment because no one never ever answers the phone. I did not want to have a $55 dollar copay for going to this appointment when I had other procedures taking place and would want Dr. Panara to have more information when he saw me. However, I received a NO SHOW bill and now trying to dispute it. I can't get anyone on the phone. Yesterday, I received a return phone call, from 2 days prior, after 5:00 pm when I wasn't able to answer my phone due to a meeting. A voicemail was left saying I OWED due to the NO SHOW. I am going to get in touch with the BBB & the Medical Board and my insurance company to dispute this charge. I'm on hold right now with Dr. Panara's office answering service. I just spoke with Ashley at (the answering service) and she took a message to send directly to the doctor's office.

This office does not answer the phone whether it is to schedule a new appointment, confirm an appointment or even if you are a Doctor's office calling, you get a recording saying "Call volumes are high, we cannot come to the phone, please leave a message and we will get back to you in 24- 48 hour. I can't deal with an office like this. One recording says please do not call repeatedly because this will only delay our response. I wonder why they will be getting repeated calls!!!!

It was my first appointment with Dr. Panara and he's one of a kind doctor -- surprisingly, he made my appointment just on time, he listened, took time for talking and his friendly approach helped to open up communication quickly. I wish some other doctors I see follow his example. The staff at the office was friendly and efficient. Thanks, Dr. Panara for caring.

I will never forget my first visit with Dr. Panara. I was referred to him by an Ortho for nerve damage assessment. I had my MRI report along with the disc. Mind you i was very skeptical and scared because a Neurosurgeon had already told me that I needed to have surgery but I was scared out of mind and was really 2nd guessing it. During my visit with Dr Panara, He asked to see the MRI report but I gave him the cd instead without the written report and Dr Panara called off everything that was on the MRI report that I was holding back and explained to me the risk I was taking by not getting the issue resolved. Thanks to him, I went ahead with the surgery and have no regrets. Dr Panara truly knows his stuff and cares about his patients.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Panara, and I can truly say that this doctor ranks #1 with me. He is patient and kind. I was quite nervous, and he put me completely at ease immediately. He LISTENS and asks pertinent questions. His examination was thorough. There are additional tests for me, but whatever the outcome, I already know that I'm in the best hands. Bless you Dr. Panara!

Dr. Panara is a kind man who patiently listened as I sobbed in his office during my appointments. I give him five stars. The Lake Mary office staff has continuously given me the run around when it comes to any sort of paperwork. He’s truly a great physician but unfortunately I have to resume my care elsewhere due to the disorganization and I professionalism of the Lake Mary office staff.

I have been to 3 other neurologists in the past two years who all made me feel as if I was annoying them if I asked a question AND not one of them did a physical neurological exam...but Dr. Panara was so thorough in his questions and answers and did a physical. I was so surprised by the difference in care between him and other physicians I had to tell him. I’m so happy to have found him

I thought that Dr. Panara was really great. He is very caring. He exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain everything. He really went above and beyond to diagnose and explain my condition. I couldn't ask for more really. I saw some of the neg reviews but wanted to give him a shot because it is rare to find a neuro here with such High level ratings. I don't really trust the revenge 1 star reviews. He spent a long time with me. I will refer my family to him

Complete idiot. Thinks he is funny and charming. Missed a brain disorder last year that I now need emergency decompression surgery for...and read the 'wrong MRI' according to his attending who tried to clean up his mess at CFRH. Glad I recorded all our convos, and when I recover from surgery, Florida Medical Board will definitely be hearing about this.

My doctor that I've been seeing for 9 years for my disability, recommended that I see a Neurologist. Even though I've had the problem for over 2 years and its getting worse. Dr. Panara said to me, that it seems to him that my symptoms started to get worse after I was denied for Social Security Disability which was 5 months ago. When I told him I wasn't returning to work regardless of Social Security, he starts asking questions about my husband and I financial situation. Didn't go to get insulted
