The staff is terrible. Deluuz hung up on me when I was on hold. I called back and asked if she hung up on me, she said yes because I was rude to her last week, however I did not call last week. I had a blood glucose check on one occasion and asked the nurse what was my reading, she said 300, after Dr. Garcia came in I asked him about my reading, he said 105, which is OK for a diabetic but not 300. Run far away from this place!!

Been a patient for years, and am changing. He doesn't care, his PA's didn't care, and his staff are unfriendley. A great time to go see them, is on Halloween cuz they all dress up in costumes, which is great cuz they're all a bunch of characters anyway.

Dr. Garcia is always kind and attentive. He explains well test results and is careful in making sure I’m feeling better. Also, I love the receptionists. They’re friendly and welcoming. They get me in to see my doctor when I call.

I love Dr Ramon Garcia. Great Doctor. Super smart and super super doctor. His office staff is extremely rude and aggressive even. They will disrespect and raise their voice at you. Their wait time is on average 3 hours. Staff completely disorganized and very rude. I have been asking for a doctor authorization for my prescription. Staff made me wait a week. Just sat on it. Love my doctor. Feel completely abused and bullied by staff. I have been denied my medical records for over 6 mo

Dr. Garcia is great however his staff is rude and act as if they are put out or bothered to help a patient. Not only have they treated me poorly; I've witnessed rude behavior toward many patients by the office staff. I was pulled into a room by the office manager when I signed in one day. She informed me I would not be "allowed" to see the dr until I paid my balance. I knew I did not have a balance and after further review, it was discovered no one had filed the claim on my insurance! I got a letter telling me to find another physician even though I was respectful enough to ask calmly why I found new details in my CT results. He didn’t patiently tell me everything, he was always in a rush. It’s already scary to know something is not right from your results and then to be told to find another doctor after because of his mistake. Terrible experience, there was no disrespect from my side although it would have been reasonable for someone to feel frustration.

Staff is not very friendly. And the wait time is ridiculous. The doctor, Ramon Garcia, is good but the staff and wait time is very important factor on selecting a Primary care doctor. They should definitely work on improving that. Most pattention are Hispanic, so they just wait because they feel this is the way it is. American clinics do not operate this way. There are people that wait for longer than an hour in waiting room. You can find many have fallen asleep waiting.

Dr Garcia has gained my trust and respect. He is one of the few Doctors I have met that clearly have a patient's interest in mind over his own pocket book. Dr. Garcia goes above and beyond to determine exactly what is wrong with you and will not give up. I admire the fact that he cant be very honest and blunt when it comes to your well being. Best Doctor ever.
