The office manager was dishonest and told me an extra physical would be covered by my insurance. It was not. Tried to get it corrected for several months and got the run around and was billed for $300. When I called to try and speak to the Dr because no one was honest about the whole situation, next thing you know I get a letter of cancellation. I was given 30 days to find a new Dr. because I called them out about their dishonesty. Dr's are the ones who are supposed to have REAL integrity and Dr Ramon Kare does not. Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody is going to know if you did or not. Needless to say, his entire team did not. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree with the entire care group in Waxahachie.

I was seen and prescribed pain meds for a condition which was causing chronic back pain. When the refill was due a month later Dr. Kare refused to refill stating that he can not continue to refill. Sure would have been nice to know before running out of medication! Furthermore, a call from Dr. Kare would have been nice instead of being informed of the refusal to fill information being told to me by the pharmacy. Then I was told to do the physical therapy which no one had ever mentioned to me!!!

Dr Kare and his staff are always willing to go the extra mile to treat everybody patient as they would treat their own family. I know that at times the wait time is a little longer, but I know that I also get as much time as I need with Dr Kare to address my issues just as he does with everyone else.

This office treats patients like cattle... herd them in and herd them out. They over schedule patients to ensure they see as many as they can daily which consistently causes the wait time to be ridiculous - well over an hour every single visit. Dr. Kare himself is a wonderful person with great bed-side manner but he is always in a rush to see the next patient. The office staff are rude and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the time and hassle by visiting a different office.

Dr. Kareless was my Dr. for 16 years. He was ok as long as I had money to give him while I was well. I became very ill and was put on dibetes and blood pressure meds. My money got low and I could not do all the demands he wanted me to. I asked for him to work with me because I needed his help. And I would do all he wanted me to but I asked him to streach it out a little for me. He didnt care about my health and cut me off all my presciptions and wouldnt work with me at all. Im without meds today

Dr. Kare WAS my doctor for many years and was a great doctor. After his bariatric surgery he sort of turned into a quack. He "fired" myself and a good friend of mine as patients when we started to ask questions about his prognoses. He also misdiagnosed my neighbors wife and she nearly ended up crippled. Definitely a terrible shame considering how good he WAS. I used to think him a real life version of Dr. Gregory House because he was so good, now he's seems less qualified than Dr. Seuss.
