Always receive the best service from Dr. Ramon Lee and also all the staff is fantastic. Any questions are answered promptly and kindly. Have been going to Dr. Lee for over two years and have recommended him to several of my friends and coworkers.

Everyone on the staff is so kind and helpful. Because of many eye problems in the past, it is stressful to go to appointments. But everyone at Illinois Retina Associates takes the time to be attentive to the patient's needs. Dr. Lee is a wonderful doctor and I am grateful for his expertise, skill, kindness and gentleness. I had been a patient of Dr. Packo until his retirement. I had hoped I would get a new doctor that would exhibit the same professionalism, skill and kindness. I am pleased to say Dr. Lee fulfilled that hope beyond all expectations. This particular visit was very encouraging and went very well.

Dr Lee is totally thorough, professional, caring and listens to patient, and explains everything he does and finds. He has great patient doctor relationship and relaxes you when first walk into the room. And I appreciate the fact that he maintains contact with you with followup appointments to preclude anything of concern adversely affecting your eye. He is definitely one of the best doctors I have met in my life and I would not hesitate to give my highest recommendation to anyone I refer to him. I feel I am in the best of care with him!

Office visits at Illinois Retina Associates are always pleasant. The staff is engaging and friendly. Wait time is averages 10-15 minutes and the flow of patients coming in shows that they have a loyal clientele. Amanda took care of the exam phase & was very understanding and patient in regard to my vision issues. Photos of each eye are always necessary, and Alexis is very professional in her treatment of patients and extremely friendly. She has great rapport and great communication skills. Dr. Ramom Lee is the final stage in the process and takes great care to ask questions and inform me about new treatments that may soon be available to address my retinal problem. All in all, you cannot find a better team of individuals to take care of your vision.

Dr. Lee and him team are great! They all work well together as a team and they know what they are doing. Dr Lee saved my eye sight when an infection occurred in my right eye following cataract surgery.I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Lee and after a thorough examination he said I no longer have to make follow up appointments with him.

Visited my Optometrist who found I had a hemorrhage in my left eye. She contacted Dr. Lee's office and the office set up an appointment for me. I have been seeing Dr. Lee for Wet macular degeneration treatment. The Doctor said I had a Macro Aneurysm. He fully explained the treatment options if the aneruysm increased and didn't heal on it's own. I am fully confident in Dr. Lee and the entire staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
