Dr Ramon Sy is the best MD that has ever treated me. He explains everything well, and listens to each concern I have and answers those concerns. I lost him as my MD for a couple of years because he went to the Senior Clinic at San Ysidro Health, but as soon as turned 55 yo, I was able to return to his care, Dr Sy has always been a great care giver for me and I would recommend him to ANYONE !

Poor service, so called "Doctor" Ramon Sy is rude, denying medication, denying or refusing patients, patient overloaded, so he makes excuses, delegates treatment to other facilities because he doesn't want to be bothered, doesn't inquire on patients history to get full grasp on patient, put me in medical danger with his office politics. Should not be a doctor. screamed at me and came at me in the room, unprofessional attitude, should not be trusted alone with patient. I have tried to wor
