Dismissive and ineffectual
Unfortunately, Dvorak is my only option for psychiatry, so I'm stuck with her. Every session, she is distinctly patronizing. The only woman I know who mansplains. And repetitively so, at that! She says she's there to help, but all she does is throw antidepressants at you and insists that they work, even if you tell her they don't. And IF you tell her they don't, she becomes irritated. She literally said to me, 'Well, I don't know what you want me to do then.' 'I want you to quit your job.' is what I wanted to say. She has NO business being in this business.

Very Knowledgeable
I came to Dr. Dvorak after having seen a few doctors with my condition. I even saw a world-renown specialist in the field and she couldn't help me - but Dr. Dvorak did - and in short time! She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Dvorak really listened to me. She looked at my labs, she coordinated care with my therapist. I have not had such excellent care.
