Pathetic. The only way to describe this doctor/office. I had a very serious infection and they handled it horribly. My pharmacist called them a multitude of times and left a call back message each time for three days to determine is my intravenous medication was to continue and they never returned his calls. He finally got through on the fourth day. They NEVER answer the phone. All you get is an answering machine. I called several times and left messages each time for a same day call back and they never responded. They are extremely unorganized. The doctor did not even have any information on my medical situation.and I had to show her my medical info. from my phone. Her assistant actually called me to ask me if I knew if I had an intravenous line in my arm. I requested to speak with the doctor directly and she advised me that she would have her call me back. I NEVER heard back from the doctor. They are very incompetent and unprofessional. If you value your health, stay away.
