Dr. Rance Wilbourn, MD

You will pay too much money to get no results, be told no balance and still get a bill. Make appointments and may or may not see the actual Dr. And they will keep your prescriptions. You can't reach the Dr if the wife aka office mgr doesn't like what you might say about her mistakes & performance. People don't have time and money to get jerked around with NO relief.

I had 4 appointments, I only was allowed to speak to Dr Wilbourn twice. Once for the initial assessment, I returned for injections for daily migraines. I paid for this prescription. With my credit due, my balance should have been $16.79. I come to my follow up appointment, where I was told there would not be a charge for this visit, no prepay required. I met with Emily, not Dr Wilbourn. I was given ZERO test results. I was told it was clear, no issues and told everything looks good, while I'm sitting there looking at her WITH a migraine. I asked for a prescription for anti-inflammatory bc I'm self medicating, as they have not provided any relief or answers, nor suggestions. We were still on the schedule to see if the 2nd round of injections would help. They cancelled my appt and charged me for the last one, AND KEPT MY prescription for my 2nd round of injections. His wife is his office mgr so you can't reach him if you tried. Best of luck, sir.

Dr. Wilbourne is awesome. I’m so thankful for being referred to him because he is the one that relieved my pain and found out what was causing it. His staff is great and they go above and beyond to help the patients. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. You will not be disappointed!!!

He is very thorough in his observations. Listens and gives the patient the opportunity to be included in his decisions, and explains very well. Wants his patients to have a better quality of a healthier life. Answers your questions to the patients satisfaction.

I have been under Dr. Wilbourn care since 2012. I have full trust and confidence in him. Dr. Wilbourn is top of the notch in my book. It left me depressed when he left Corinth. Having to find another Neurologist will not be easy.

He is very knowledgeable in his field. His staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.
