Excellent Doctor, Office staff incompetent
Dr. Brown and his PA Bob are amazing. They listen and want to know every detail so they can make the correct diagnoses and correct decision. However, his office staff is incompetent. I swear nobody in the office knows how to do their job. I have to 'babysit' them when I need a referral to a specialist. I have been calling for 3 weeks now for a referral that I need for an appt Monday and twice a day for a week for an appt that I have on Friday. This is every time I need a referral done I have to babysit the office until its done. For now on I will do my job of calling the office to ask for a referral, but if its not done I will be going to the appt., then when I get the bill I will be taking it to the office so that the office can pay it.

The worst! -0.0 stars
This office will waste your time. You will never see the actual doctor, just a physician assistant or nurse practitioner, or a nurse of another kid. They do not care about your health, just getting that insurance money for every possible appointment they can set. Including ones simply to fill an RX, even if you’ve had that RX for 20years. The office staff is worse. Between not being able to do a timely referral, inability to email you blank forms to fill out ahead of your arrival, they can’t even seem to put their phone on mute when talking bad about you. They’ll really put the bad experience over the top. They give health”care” a bad name.

I love this doctor and his staff. Only way I wouldn’t go to his office anymore is if they all retire.

When you make a courtesy call to let your doctor know you are going to be 15 minutes late for your appointment due to traffic and he tells you to make a new appointment, it’s time to find a new doctor. How much time have I spent in his waiting room waiting on him? Plenty. Brown once had to ask his intern her opinion on a medication because he was not familiar with it. Really? I should have changed doctors as soon as I walked out of his office.

I have not had a regular Doctor since my doctor and the Lorimar Clinic retired. I have been very pleased with Dr. Brown and look forward to have a regular MD again!
