Dr. Randall Dei, DPM

Dr. Dei and his staff are wonderful people who care and listen to me problems and concerns. The staff take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions if they can. Dr.Dei is very supportive and helpful and very kind and gentle when it comes to dealing with issues of my feet and I wouldn’t want a different Dr treating me. I Recommend Dr Dei to everyone.

I love his staff , he is down to earth..Ive had many surgeries and The surgery Dr dei did for me was the smoothest recovery i have EVER had.. I have already recommended him to a couple friends in need..

Dr Dei asked very pointed questions and was able to determine the source of my pain is plantar fasciitis. He recommended new shoes and an orthotic insert. In four weeks I will see him again and I am hoping all will be well. He also advised me that six months is about the life of a tennis shoe and they should be replaced. That was a surprise to me; so I am off today to buy a new pair of supportive tennis shoes and the over-the-counter orthotic insert that he recommended.

I always received great care from Dr. Dei. I saw him for numerous foot issues. Ascension billing was so impossible I had to discontinue seeing. And customer service, forget it. Customer disservice.

I had major reconstructive right foot surgery including a lapiplasty of a severe bunion. This surgery was done May 12, 2023. I am a senior citizen. My foot was severely deformed. Dr. Dei prepared me well for the surgery and was able over a 4 hour surgery to return my foot to a normal appearance while being able to avoid fusing my great toe. My foot looks great and has pretty much normal function. Two toes had to be fused. He followed me for four months post-op and ordered physical therapy to aid my recovery. He did answer all my questions and provided a pre-op x-ray and a post-op x-ray to help teach me what he accomplished. My foot looks great! My foot healed a little slower due to my age and the full recovery may be as long as a year. I have close to normal range of motion as measured at PT. I am extremely satisfied with my outcome and would highly recommend Dr. Dei for your foot surgery needs. He did a fantastic job!!

Dr Dei was very attentive . Explained each procedure he was doing . He was pleasant and patient with me . I have a follow up appointment in two weeks. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Good surgeon, and follow up when you are having issues post-op.... His Nurse Jill is incredibly nice and helpful. Dr. Dei cares about his patients, and always recommends less invasive measures first.

I Love Dr. Dei, Up front, caring and very gentle with speaking with patients. Wonderful bedside manners!! Down to earth as well. Wednesday Dec15 th 2021 was my last follow up appointment. Dr. Dei gave me a clean bill of health!! I was sad due to us Relocating to Florida!! Dr. Dei gave me a nice far well.. He told me to take care and now I can relax and take good care of his buddy!! Which is my husband!! Lol, II thought that was very kind of him. So again Thanks for all of your wonderful care & Services Dr. Dei. Your are one in a million of great Doctors!! A very personal able, does avery good job

I had a great experience with Dr. Dei and staff. I did a lot of research ahead of my visit and knew the various procedures available to me for my particular foot issue. Dr. Dei spent time answering my questions. Surgical experience at Ascension was exemplary- both pre and post op staff were amazing!!! All follow up appointments went well....timely and Dr. Dei answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend!!!

I have an ankle issue. He examined my feet and listened to what I had to say. I would recommend him highly.

My husband and I saw him together for issues and he took a lot of time with us, He spent a lot of time examining our feet, he asked questions, listened patiently. When we left my husband said I really like him, he is very thorough! I thanked the Dr and said we were happy to have found him! He will be our Podiatrist from now on!

I found this site, health grades, when looking for a replacement for Dr Dei. I used Dr Dei because my family Doc recommended him. I now question how good my regular Doc is. I was referred for a specific issue and suggested treatment. Dr Dei said we should do something else and it did not work. I now have to deal with the original issue, and the 3,500.00 bill, a real joke!
