I had lasik surgery with Dr. Jacobson and it went horribly. He oversubscribed steroids after the treatment to the point I was having severe vision problems. The other doctors I saw after him were shocked. And I have suffered from terrible dry eyes since the treatment and he was non-responsive and indifferent (shy?) to my problems. Other doctors have told me that based on my eyes and the fact that a large portion of my eyeball shows between my lids, he should have recommended another approach

A year ago I went in for a cataract and chickened out of the surgery. I had to reschedule the following year, because my vision was worse. Both appointments to see Dr. Jacobson were wonderful. He is extremely professional as well as his staff. I scheduled the surgery after my second office visit and the whole procedure was a piece of cake. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobson. He was very thorough about explaining the procedure. It was all over quickly and painlessly.
