Dr. Otto I’d the best. Period.
Dr. Otto is an expert, hands-down. He is also patient, kind, and down-to-earth. I have hEDS, which requires a doctor highly versed in the condition for appropriate treatment and positive results. With my condition, I have seen plenty of docs and have to be very choosy about who works on me. Dr. Otto is IT. He has properly corrected the instability and subluxation/dislocation issues I have for BOTH shoulders, one in 2018 and the other 3 months ago. I have had more than my share of surgeries to combat my hyper-mobility, joint instability, and degeneration. Dr. Otto has been a life-saver for my shoulders. He is the best.

I've undergone a 3rd and final RC repair, left and right complete shoulder replacements. Elbow bone collapsed, went thru 2 elbow joint replacements, of which both became infected. I thank God that I had Dr Otto as my doctor/surgeon. I could not have had a better Dr, who was always professional, yet he made it a point to show his caring, acompassionate, concern, and determination to do the best for his patients. BTW, my shoulders are great, and each day I'm learning how accomplish tasks, whereas I'm able use my arm without elbow! I'm stubborn and refuse to wear a brace, I even surprise myself with the taosks I can do! As far as I'm concerned, all the credit goes to Dr Randall Otto. I highly recommend him as a Dr, Surgeon, who excels in the medical field, and as a very nice person. Thank you for everything you've done for me??

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Otto. I went in expecting to schedule surgery on my inner elbow, and was pleasantly surprised to learn I didn't need it. He went over my MRI with me and explained my situation thoroughly. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He speaks to you on a personal level, as opposed to I'm the doctor, you're the patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Otto to anyone needing arm surgery, his specialty. On a side note, his picture doesn't do him justice.

Dr. Otto is a great doctor! My first visit was 4 days ago and it was a good experience, I was highly impressed. The pain in my shoulder has been causing much pain and discomfort for the past 7 months. I've been loosing sleep due to the pain I experienced when I lay on my right side. I also experience pain and discomfort during my waking hours. I haven't been able to scratch or wash my back with my right hand due to the limited mobility. However, after visiting Dr. Otto, and receiving his recommended treatment which was the Celestone Shot in my shoulder, every day since then, the pain has continued to diminish. I've gained a great deal of mobility back in my right shoulder without experiencing the pain. I highly recommend Dr. Otto to my family and friends and to you. He's a wonderful knowledgeable doctor who listened to me, asked questions and gave expert feedback. His staff, are wonderful too! The offices and waiting area are very clean and comfortable, and the wait time was perfect.

He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Explained my x-rays step by step so I could see where my problem areas were. Ended up getting a cortisone shot in both elbows. Not pleasant but tolerable.

Dr. Otto was very knowledgeable about everything he said, and he worked quickly to come up with a plan to hopefully get me back to normal. He was kind and friendly the entire time he was in the room and a great choice for anyone who may be nervous about going to a doctor. Would highly recommend him for anyone with shoulder problems!

Very impressed. I have been having severe pain in my left shoulder and getting no relief from pain pills. He explained everything in words that I could understand. The exam was not rushed. He gave me a shot and so far so good. He explained all about the shot. The sharp pain is gone. I can sleep on that side and my range of motion has improved. So far, I am one happy person. Thank you, Dr. Otto!!!!

My care from Dr Otto was excellent. His staff dropped ball, however. I saw him on the 5th of November for a scheduled surgery on the 2nd of December. My insurance company denied it. They finally approved it. But by then it was December 3rd. The staff member I spoke with said: "I don't know why it took so long to approve it, I sent it to they on the 13th". So, had it been submitted right away, there would have been time for the process to work. This has been very stressful. Now I have to wait until after Christmas.
