Dr Real and his whole staff are excellent
From the time I checked in to the clinic I was treated very well. The receptionists were very helpful, the nurses thorough and very nice. Dr. Real was very knowledgeable about my condition and made me feel comfortable with a treatment plan. The whole atmosphere at the clinic was very positive.

Outstanding Physician! Great staff!
Dr. Real has maintained an excellent bedside manner. I’ve seen him for over 25 years and it’s never changed! Outstanding staff and Physician makes this a “no brainer “ for an ENT doctor.

Felt rushed and not listened to
On my first visit I felt rushed. I thought well maybe he has lots of patients today. Today is my second visit and again, I felt rushed. I did not feel that he was truly listening to me or what I was saying about my symptoms. He performed a procedure that he said might help. After the procedure he said 'alright' an then started to walk out of the door. I said, so how do I care for this wound. Really, I had to ask? He gave me vague instructions with his hand on the door handle. I then said well what about my other symptoms and he said 'oh yeah'. I should not have to pay and push for treatment. Also, for some reason he kept dropping his tools while examining me during both of my visits. Needless to say, this is my last visit.

My wife had thyroid cancer. We were very scared. We went to Dr. Real, who answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that God led us to his doctor, with 30 years of experience. He has a tremendous team of very qualified and caring assistants and staff, who are an extension of his personality–placing their patients first. They are very caring polite, and professional. After he removed the thyroid, my wife is cancer free! Mark & Ginger Hobbs
