My husband got his DOT medical certification last year with this doctor and it was a pleasant experience. This year, we asked for the first appt of the day on Saturday because we live 30 min away. We arrived by 9:50 for our 10am appt, and right away the dr laughed and said you should probably leave and come back in an hour or more, because it'll be a while. He was VERY rude and actually told us that we were stupid for thinking our appt would be anytime around when it was scheduled. Walked out.
