This was my first visit to Dr. Whitford and I absolutely, without a doubt, give this doctor and all his staff 2 thumbs up, 10 stars, etc. Dr Whitford took his time to explain everything and I felt like I was in an Ophthalmology 101 class. He was so personable, patient, and very knowledgeable. Awesome! And I knew I had "a winner" when I called his office for an appointment and they were so helpful and friendly. What a wonderful experience I had from that first phone call to when I left his office and look forward to next year's eye exam.

I thought this was a pretty good clinic until I had to cancel an appointment due to a double death in our family in the same week. I called their answering service to let them know I had to cancel yet I am now getting threatening bills for a "NO SHOW CHARGE". I have requested they correct this but $25 must mean a lot to them. I would never go back now.

Although wait times can vary, when I am seen by Dr. Whitford, I feel that he addresses my concerns quickly and directly. He clearly explains the status of my vision and what to expect in the future. I typically ask many questions during my annual exam, and Dr. Whitford does not seem to mind answering all of them. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years.
