Dr Hartman is the best. He is professional, knowledgeable, concerned, spends all the time necessary, offers treatment options, explains each option and offers his opinion of what is best for your condition. On top of that he is a really nice guy. We don't look for nice, but it is a pleasure when it comes wrapped you with someone you feel confident is looking after your best medical health.
