Dr. Nair is nice, but seems rushed.
We are not leaving this practice because of Dr. Nair, but because of his staff. The last time we went my husband was having trouble getting over recent breathing difficulties. We saw a PA who was only concerned that my husband's blood pressure was very low. He asked no questions which would have cleared this issue up. I had to tell the PA to listen to my husband's lungs. Just told us to go to ER and see Dr. Nair there. We didn't go. Husband was fine. Since then have been leaving messages which it took office a week to respond to. They would not allow me to speak direct to Dr. Nair or even request him to call us so we could tell him what happened and why we are leaving his practice. They NEVER answer the phone. Your call always goes to voice mail. Very poor customer service.

Needs to be more compassinate toward his patient!
Don't be telling the relatives there not much hope in front of the patient. I couldn't believe my ears. How can a doctor be so crude and insensitive?

Untruthful
Farms his work out to others. Assigned one doctor to biopsy procedure then put another one in his place. Was deceptive to me about cardiologist clearance. I saw all these red flags & cancelled procedure.

Great visit with Dr. Nair, right on top of things
My husband went to Dr. Nair for breathing problems and Dr. Nair was right on top of things. Dr. Nair was right to the point of what was going on and got very needed testing done faster than others. Dr. Nair very concern about my husband breathing. Could not ask for better care. He explained conditions very well. The stuff was great. There was a little wait as office was very busy when we went there.

Rock Star Pulmonologist!
Dr. Nair has been my pulmonologist for many years now and he is amazing. I've suffered with asthma most of my life and he has me breathing easier than I have EVER!! His staff is wonderful, the care I receive is the best and I totally recommend him to anyone having breathing issues especially if it's connected to allergies! One stop shop for both! #1 in my book!

This physician is the most arrogant and uncompassionate physician I have ever encountered. He was very short with his answers to my questions, did not explain things well when he did answer, and had a rude demeanor. If you need a pulmonologist, I recommend you choose his partner, Dr. Kim, instead. I have never met two polar opposites that practice together.

Dr. Nair was called to take care of my Mother that was critical in ICU. He was so compassionate, caring and made a point to explain all his decisions. He is a Great listener and a perfect gentleman who definitely helped my Mother to breathe. We had kept telling the doctors she was having a hard time breathing and it seemed like there was not much attention until Dr. Nair came on the scene. In a place where your emotions are drained and you are needing to hear and see hope, Dr. Nair was a welcomed and encouraging sight every time we saw him walk in the room. I would highly recommend this doctor. We will be forever grateful for his care, concern and advise given to help my Mom.

Its really important to find a good physician these days and this one appears to be ok.....however, the whole office as you say in your bio is a good team....they are very much lacking in the customer service area of healthcare. Granted, most of the staff is probably ill educated in healthcare and hired right off the street. My recommendation is to train your staff in efforts to not just make appointments but to be a part of a "caring" team. Which you do not have.
