Waste of time
We visited. The doctor does seem nice. I want to say he comes across as competent. But his staff is utterly useless. After a few visits, the doctor suggested a medication for my child. I could not attend that appointment so my husband spoke with the doctor. The doctor told my husband we could talk it over at home. If we decided to give him the medication we could call back and the prescription would be sent over to the pharmacy. We called on 3 separate occasions. We explained that we were opting for the medication. We received no information regarding the medication and ZERO phone calls back. That was nearly 3 months ago.Today they called for a follow up appointment. My husband asked, “what will be following up on exactly?” He then proceeded to explain that we had called and they had repeatedly ignored us. She said nothing and then said we could talk it over with the doctor at the follow-up. Needless to say, we did not schedule that appointment.

rude and not helpful
It isn't easy to get in to see a neurologist, I should have known it was a bad sign when he could see me right away, too many openings means he's not good at his job. I went to his office in December and he couldn't find any of my records, still charged me, but did nothing at the appointment. Then when I made sure he had my records he scheduled a telemed appointment that he was 20 minutes late for and then lasted less than 5 minutes. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say, told me to live with it and that's it. Would not take follow up questions, he couldn't get off the phone fast enough. What a waste of time.

Terrible doctor
Absolutely terrible doctor. There’s a reason he has so many openings. Appointment was rushed, didn’t listen to a word I said for my sons health. Raised his voice to me when I asked questions. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Pasupuleti has been my neurologist for the last several years, and has been wonderful throughout the entire time. He's everything a doctor should be - understanding, compassionate, a great listener, and not just incredibly knowledgeable about his specialty, but also able to explain things in a way that was always easy to understand. The staff at Comprehensive Neurology has also been great, and I have never had any problems over the years with billing, or setting up appointments.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to my elderly Mom given by the staff of a Comprehensive Neurology l. Dr. Pasupuleti was gracious in taking the time out of his busy schedule to diagnose as well as advice of my mother’s care. Thank you for immediately scheduling this new patient evaluation appointment.

Run away, don't walk - The staff is arrogant, nasty and outright terrible. I went through hell dealing with his staff to get the appointment, following up on reports and setting up follow-ups - save yourself and avoid this doctor in fact the whole practice because of this issue alone. There are better doctors with human beings handling their front office. If that is not bad enough, billing is another huge problem, they bill you several times after you prove that you paid! Run away - PLEASE!

I met Dr Pasupuleti 4 yrs ago when I was recommended to him by my internist to find out what was causing my anxiety, depression and lack of focus. My fiancee and I went to see Dr. Pasupuleti since she is a College Disabilities Services Provider. Dr Pasupuleti diagnosed me with ADHD, PTSD and mild Asperger's Syndrome. He explained clearly and concisely how each disability affected the others. He was encouraging , compassionate . He started me on medication and my life turned around.
