I had been looking for a doctor who practiced near my home and was affiliated with Methodist Hospital Southlake. Dr. Albert fit the bill perfectly. He had great communication skill and I came away from my appointment very impressed.

Had a appointment for 9.00AM Waited until 10.30AM when Doctor Albert to intake clerk he was leaveing for the day.Clerk let us wait another 30min then informed us he had left.She then in a order type voice told us WE must rescheudle,at this point we left.I beleive we were charged (ins).

Dr. Raphael Albert is an outstanding physician who has outstanding skills in assisting people. He has a rare patient approach which includes compassion, knowledge and an excellent personality coupled with great physician skills. He is highly competent, proficient, patient and reliable in every area of of his discipline. He should be lauded for her professionalism, kindness and ability to communicate effectively without verbosity. Dr. Albert is a great asset to Methodist Physician Group.

Dr. Albert saw me for a general exam a few weeks ago. Great physician who takes his time and listens. His patience and personality were top notch. I would recommend him to anyone. Location was clean and efficient, The staff was great

I saw Dr. Albert for a chronic back condition which eventually rendered me unable to walk. He examined me, recorded my symptoms and referred me to get an MRI which resulted in diagnosis of a condition of degeneration of my lumbar area. He thoroughly explained remedies which started with physical therapy and rest from strenuous activity. He really gave me a perspective of treatment options which I can base future treatments. i personally liked his patient approach.
