Dr. Raphael Francisco, MD

Dr. Francisco's work isn't performing his job as my doctor. He doesn't write out and explain what needs to be done on my diabetes,and leg that was amputated and wellness plan for my artificial leg. Also, hasn't referred me to any physical therapy. During this time I have fell down at least thirty times. Also, hasn't refer anything for my meals on wheels. Also, no write off to help with getting rails and ramps. I've been in a wheelchair for four months and no Home health care provider to assist me at home. I feel like I have been neglected physically and mentally.

Do not go to this guy if you have diabetes. He doesn’t believe in insulin pumps and doesn’t have a working machine to download the results. I finally switched doctors and now I realize I have been terribly neglected in my care.

Very good impression on my first visit. He is very thorough and he was interested in my concerns. Spent a lot of time with me and didn't seem rushed like so many other doctors are.

I went to him with issue of not being able to lose weight. He asked many questions, ordered lab work, After the lab work came back abnormal , he ordered an MRI. Eventually he diagnosed me with Cushings I was sent to a specialist in St.Louis and he has worked diligently with their office. His staff has been wonderful in making sure I and my other physicians get what they need to take care of me. Whenever I have new lab drawn I always receive a message from him.

Find another doctor . He doesn't listen to what you are saying and will argue with you about your own symptoms . He makes rude remarks that are unprofessional and uncalled for .Basically felt like I paid my money to be verbally abused . It was very disappointing to wait so long to get in to see him and then to be treated that way. In some ways it was devastating . I went in there trusting him and respecting him as a specialist , not knowing him but full of hope. I was not given the same respect

I've never spoken negatively about a doctor, but this is the truth re:my experience. Dr. F has a terrible bedside manner, is apathetic, has ZERO knowledge of pituitary tumors, undermined every symptom I spoke of, denied my tumor being the cause of my symptoms (with TONS of published articles and studies stating otherwise), didn't ask me how I was feeling (i.e. Depressed, anxious, suicidal) even when I "threw him a line" to ask me, and as a counselor, that was the worst part. He is fired.

I have about five years. My primary care doctor could not get my thyroid levels under control, so she sent me to see Dr. Francisco. He has been very very helpful and explained everything to me in a manner in which I can understand. He is very courteous and professional and his staff is very pleasant. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Fancisco pretends to care about patients' wellbeing, but this couldn't be farther from the truth. Unless you have something that is easy to diagnose, or you have been previously diagnosed, you will not receive quality care from him. He not only gave up on me and essentially washed his hands of the matter, but he failed to inform me of his discontinuation of treatment. He didn't even wait to receive the results of a very important blood test before deciding he thought I was "okay".

Dr. Fransisco is very nice and explains everything where you know what is going on. Easy to understand

Concerned, listens, tailors care to patient

Wait time to secure an appointment was five months. Wait time upon arrival for my appointment was twenty minutes and the wait time to see the physician was an additional six minutes and i was the only patient in the office. I found the staff to be inefficient. Unfortunately im paying a bill for a +45 minute visit so ill need to get my moneys worth before finding a new doctor. Respinse time from staff poor. I had to reach out to them for follow up. Overall bad experience with this office.
