I have had an appointment each time with Dr. Robles but have seen various other doctors in her practice instead. My appointments have been frustrating, from the standard 30 minute wait to one visit which had 2hr wait time (which I ultimately rescheduled to miscommunication from the doctors on my prescriptions, procedures, etc. Her office staff is uncommunicative and unprofessional with rarely returning phone calls or just plain rude.

When she is there she does well. However when you have an appointment with her you often meet with another Doctor altogether. Both doctors I met with weren't bad. The office staff as well as medical assistants do not return calls, are very unhelpful and even have hung up on me. I speak Spanish and English but prefer to communicate in English there and have a hard time finding someone to understand me. When I have an appointment for 9 I don't usually leave the waiting room until at least 10

I would recommend Dr. Roman to my entire family and friends because she listen to the patient and her treat with the patients is unique and professional.
