Migraine Treatment
I had an A plus experience with Dr Grosz. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and interactive with me as a patient. He answered all of my questions and also explained the indication, potential side effects and the follow-up orders as well. Which I highly appreciated as a registered nurse myself. I look forward to continue having him as my neurologist.

In my opinion and experience, this provider was rude, arrogant, condescending, cold, irascible, and seemed to enjoy ordering (and billing for) various tests. Your experiences and opinions may differ.

Dr Grosz office folks have zero customer service skills. I had a hand connectivity test completed. The doc said he would have the report mailed. It never showed up. I called today and talked with "Nikki". She talked to me like I was a 5 year old telling me to check the portal. I already had checked the portal and it wasn't there. I told her I didn't appreciate being talked down to and she says " I talk to you in the same tone you talk to me". At this point I asked for the office manager to call me. She handed the call off to the office " supervisor" but was listening on the call. She was offended when I told them that I was the patient and customer and should be treated like one and hung up on me. Also they don't care how much you owe them even with insurance they want 100% of the balance insurance doesn't pay upfront before they will let you see a doctor or have a test--no payments--no billing. If you don't have the hundreds to pay them you won't get the tests or doctor visits.

I was told that I had a $180.00 copay I verified this with my insurance and the amount was correct. The front desk staff was rude the minute I told them I couldn’t wait and could not afford such a copay. I asked for everything I had signed back and they kept me waiting,

After 6 years of being misdiagnosed with chronic sinusitis, I was finally referred to a Neurologist and within three months, Dr. Grosz finally helped get me on the right regimen and treatment to alleviate the constant pain. He really helped me get back to daily life! The office staff is great too, especially Emily and Rodney! Highly recommend!

I found Dr. Grosz highly professional, very experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and most of all sincerely concerned for my well being. I was experiencing severe pain due to a brachial plexus neuritis. Dr. Grosz and staff were all very comforting, on-time as to my appointment and I felt that I was in the right-hands to resolve my painful discomfort. I will definitely recommend Dr. Grosz to my family and friends should they ever an exemplary neurologist. Michael Eisenman

I was a first time patient of Dr. Grosz and I am elderly. I feel that his staff took advantage of me because of that. I was made to pay a 500.00 dollar co-payment and they also billed my Insurance company for the 500.00 dollars. I call them to let them know they told me I would have my money back in February then I called the end of February an now they are telling me I have to wait until the end of March. I am on a fixed income and need my money. SHAME, SHAME on you!!!!
