VERY RUDE DOCTOR! I will Never go back. Extremely condescending and down right rude. Worst I've Ever been to! Wish I would've read his reviews prior to making the appointment. Do yourself a favor and Do NOT go this man. Can't believe I paid for this guy to be a total jerk.

The Dr is extremely rude, and unprofessional! This is one of the worse doctors i have ever seen. He yelled at me for no reason. I'm an older woman and left shaky and crying I was in shock of how he treated me. I have also heard him yell at the girls that work there. Even the staff says that he's always in a bad mood that's why they keep changing staff. When they do blood work they make you go back for the results. He takes things as a joke when you try to tell him how you feel. Seriously he makes you feel uncomfortable and that you can't really trust him with your health. I'm glad i've change doctors! He was my nightmare doctor!

Extremely rude doctor. He could care less about his patients especially if you are female. He looks at you with disgust and makes you feel worthless. I was there as a patient to be taken care of and help me with my medical needs but he could careless. I’m glad he’s not my doctor anymore.

I saw Dr.Raul Rivera today as a new patient. First his office staff was amazing.From making the appointment to arriving I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. The doctor shook my hand and took his time seeing what my needs or concerns were.I was exteremly pleased and so glad I choice this Doctor. .I did call his office and a few in my area and decided based on how I was treated over the phone that this was the Doctor and staff I wanted to treat me. I was impressed .Thank you Dr.Rivera

i called this morning to verify my new INS. And the girl that answered the phone MELISSA was very rude to me and left me talking on the phone and I didn't know she had put me on hold so while she got back on the phone I asked her what her problem was and she gave the phone to some one else to help me but she forgot to put it on hold and I over heard her say you help him I'm not putting up with him. I have been seeing DR. Rivera for as longest I can remember and I have never been treated bad.
