Amazing Team
Dr. Valor and his team are truly exceptional. I am beyond grateful for their outstanding care?not only in managing my asthma but also during and after my high-risk pregnancy. Dr. Valor?s expertise, compassion, and attention to detail made all the difference during such a critical time in my life. His ongoing support ensured both my baby and I stayed safe and healthy throughout. Thanks to his careful asthma management, I am now breathing better than I have in years. I no longer rely on my rescue inhaler daily and can enjoy being outdoors and staying active without limitations. This has had a huge impact on my quality of life. Although it may take some time to get an appointment or wait in the office, the level of care you receive makes it completely worthwhile. Dr. Valor and his team are incredibly dedicated?even during hospital admissions, they continue to stay involved and provide excellent care. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Valor. I'm deeply thankful to him and his team.

NOT Professional at all!!!!!
I came to this appointment recommended by my cardiologist Worst experience ,office was packed no room to seat. Wait 2 hours . I had a nodule that was found it on the CT scan, he just talked to me for 30 sec, and at the end came a nurse assistant to give me a vague explanation.

Wait time - Poor Service
Absolutely the worse service. It took 2 months to make the appointment but the wait time was 2+ hours. How about improving patient wait time. One staff was understanding and one was rude. The excuse was that they had a new PA that was taking too long with each patient. Well, how about not overbooking. Everyone in the wait room was losing patience. Oh also the wait room was way to hot. Turn on the AC.

I have never been treated with such disrespect in a doctor's office. At my appointment time the waiting room was filled, many people outside. I was offered a seat outside on a cement bench without a back and in the sun, temperature was over 90. I could not wait. They refused to take my referral even though I brought a copy of it. Said they could not get on the website of my insurance carrier (this is not true). I will never go back.

Stay Away from Dr. Valor/Group – Aug 12, 2023

If I could I would give ZERO stars to this incompetent doctor and his lousy incompetent staff. Calling his office is like trying to get in contact with the president of the United States, literally impossible. I’ve called more than 6 times and the office front desk staff takes messages and say that someone from the office will call back and no one never ever called back to follow up. What kind of a doctor’s office doesn’t return patients or family member’s calls? Patient care and business office operations is extremely questionable. Dr. Valor is a total quack. He is totally irresponsible with the “supposed” quality of care of his patients. I am speaking out and warning you to stay away from this doctor. I am an advocate for my mother and experienced inadequate patient care and inadequate patient compassion.

I have been calling few times and also leaving voice message , the last one today March 9th, and no response yet. Is not new the lack of response as I can see in the Google reviews, is very sad that a Doctor as good and respected as is Dr. Raul Valor has the poor level of service in the offices and a team that honestly I think they DO NOT CARE. Please read the email from the provider of my CPAP equipment that do not receive responses from you either ........ Good morning Mr. Perez, My name is Abigail, from American Home Care Equipment, the company that provides your CPAP supplies. I’m sending you this email because we sent several times a prescription request to your Doctor (Raul Valor) for your CPAP supplies but they haven’t sent it to us yet. I wanted to let you know so you can please contact them to see if they can expedite the request and send it to us so we can send your order. Please let me know if you have any questions. Have a good day! Thank you for your help on this matter.

I was discharged from Baptist two months ago after being hospitalized with COVID. I was supposed to have a follow-up with Dr. Valor 1-2 weeks later. The follow-up appointment was booked and then on the day of the appointment I was told that no one had booked it. I set up another appointment for a month later and the same thing happened. No one could find me in the "system". I then set up another appointment for 10/26 and AGAIN, I was told I'm not in the schedule. You have to jump through hoops just to speak to someone. They never return calls. When you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone to book the appointment, it's like it never happened. That appointment will disappear from their "system". They have complete disregard for their patients. Zero. And the fact it's happening when we need them the most is even more despicable. Stay away from them!

I wish I had read these reviews before seeing Dr. Valor. He is nice, but his office is impossible. After waiting between 2 - 3 hours each of the three times I've seen him, and spending maybe 5 minutes with the Doctor, I'm looking for another pulmonologist.

Worst experience at at a doctor's office. The office is small, crowded and noisy. I waited for 1.5 hrs and the staff told me that wait time is normally 3 to 4 hours!!! I just had open heart surgery and could not wait any longer. Had to leave without seeing the doctor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT. The staff is rude and unprofessional

Worst customer service I have EVER received in the medical field! I have to cancel an extremely important procedure because for THREE WEEKS I have not been able to get a call back, forget someone answering the phone!! I have also gone three weeks without a medication I was prescribed because the Pharmacy cannot get through to anyone at Dr. Valor's office. My insurance company as well as the hospital cannot get a response from this office!
