Dr. Ravi Moparty, MD

Drove an hour and a half for an appointment. After about 30 minutes I asked the nurse what was up as I was the first patient. The nurse said he was not in the building and running a little late. Then she asked for my payment. Thirty minutes later she came in and said he would call me on my cell later and do my consult over the phone. 3 hours driving. 1 hour waiting. $30 in gas. No Doctor.

I am mixed. The Dr. is great but the staff is on a different level. I've been waiting for blood results for 6 weeks. When I call (again) I am told it is my responsibility to follow up on blood results I don't even know I have yet? When I bring up the app they tell me it hasn't worked for months. I told them 'why ask me to sign up for it if it doesn't work and I am not going to get my results'? She told me there is nothing I can do. Then when I ask for the results they won't give them to me unless I am personally at the office. This has scam written all over it. The Dr. is great but the process is insane to get an appointment. Never have I needed to know my blood results (without knowing them) to schedule an appointment for something I have no knowledge on. This isn't even the only event. I've overlooked a couple of things getting appointments, but this broke the camel's back. The Dr is great 4.5 out of 5. the staff is a .5 out of 5.

Dr. Moparty is purely god sent and we love them. He's super thorough, professional with great bed side manners. Definitely willing to get you better and hearing all your concerns. We're here to stay as long as he's around. Also, in addition Mrs. Michelle the docs right hand is truly awesome that goes above and beyond. She's a true super star along with Dr. Moparty!

Awful. I saw this doctor for the first time last week. After less than 30:seconds of very cursory history he recommended two procedures , an endoscopy and gall bladder scan , then pushed Dexilant on me , a drug most insurers won’t reimburse, but a big “ bonus “ drug for physicians to push. After that I had a negative reaction to the dexilant and had to call multiple times with varying degrees of avoidance to get a replacement prescription. When I’d call , someone would answer and hang up . Worst

If anyone is looking for a 5-star clinic and physician this is the place to go. My husband needed help, I called Dr. Moparty office and Michelle answered, I explained my urgency for my husband to be seen, she jumped right on it. Michelle is the office admin that wears many hats and am so glad that she was wearing the right one for us that day. Kuddos to Michelle!!!! we are forever grateful for your kindness and passion for people that need help.

Worst doctor I've ever come across. He diagnosed and "treated" my son with Crohn's. My son was very sick and this doctor would never know his current medications or have in front of him his lab results. He was always making mistakes and never had a plan. My son was so miserable until we were able to switch doctors when he turned 18. His new GI was shocked that he was on maintenance doses of meds and over reliance on steroids. She got him in feeling good and in remission very quickly!

PLEASE PLEASE do not go to him for procedures. He left metal in my stomach and I had to have surgery to repair all the damages. 7 years later and I still have issues due to his negligence. RUN!

Good luck getting your test results to the surgeon THEY are referring you too. took 3 weeks AFTER dr. Moparty told me the results and even then they didn't send them over. Called several times to leave voicemails for them to call me and none got responded. I understand they are busy but it should not take three weeks of daily calls to get a response. Very unprofessional.

The doctor was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel at ease and he help me with my issues when no one else could. The staff was so friendly. I was nervous going in and they made me feel like I was the only patient in the office. I would recommend Dr Moparty to anyone with gastro needs, he is the absolute best.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. He was 3 hours late for my procedure after prep night before and hooked up to IVs, etc. Hospital has a nickname for him "Moparty Tardy" and said this was common issue with him. Extremely frustrating/disrespectful. Terrible experience with office staff-disorganized and paperwork incorrect resulting in large bill I had to pay out of my own pocket. Claim incorrectly coded and could not get corrected-went on almost a year. Staff completely unhelpful, disorganized, incompete
