I have been a patient of Dr. Ram for 10+years and saw him only twice. However, his PA's that I have seen are wonderful and very professional, competent. I am very satisfied that I selected this as my PCP.

Dr. Ram, as he likes to be called, is a very caring doctor. He gives you plenty of time to ask questions which causes you to wait an hour or so to see him but he's worth it. He has a wonderful sense of humor, and in the 6 months I've been going to him, I've only seen a PA once. I knew I would be, I made the appointment with the PA because Dr. Ram had no openings. My only problem is that when you call to get a referral, it can take a month or so, but that could be the insurance company. Since he had just started taking my senior HMO insurance, his staff didn't know the proper way to enter the data for a referral, but they got help and they're fine now. I found every person in his office to be friendly and personable. I guess if you're pleasant to them, they are pleasant to you! And he has the best phlebotomist (the nurse who draws blood) I've ever encountered.

I had been a patient of this office for 15 years. During that time, I never saw Dr. Ram, only his Physicians Assistants. He dropped my insurance company at least 3-4 times only to start using them again. Which always left my family hanging. Seems odd to me, his love/hate relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Finally gave up on this office and looked for a new doctor. One visit, I was kept waiting for 2 hours while he had a pizza staff meeting in the middle of the day as he never seems to want to come to the office much before noon. One particularly hot summer, the air conditioner was broken which remained unfixed for months. Not healthy for geriatric patients, I'm sure. His staff, on the other hand, was always delightful, efficient, and kind.
