Dr. English was excellent in extracting my tooth. The receptionist, however, insisted I was a liar several times. She cancelled my appointment and insisted she had talked to me. When I told her she did not talk to me, she stated three more times she had talked to me. I showed her the confirmation of the appointment. She still insisted she had spoken with me and I had a problem with the cost. I didn't know what, if any, the cost would be. How would I know if I had not been seen? I was told they had an opening an hour after my original appointment. I had no choice but to take it. But I only waited 18 minutes. And my extraction was covered in full by my insurance. She made a mistake and tried her best to make me look like the one responsible.

Highly recommend! I've had 3 implants donw by him. He's kind, gentle and very, very good at what he does.

These people like to double dip insurance payments and payments from patients for the same service. They refuse to give my money back because they say they are waiting to see if insurance pays for a subsequent service. However, they got a pre-treatment estimate for that subsequent service from insurance and I paid the non-covered portion. So they have no risk and are just using my overpayment for float. Unethical and undue enrichment. And totally nasty in an economically stressed environment. Avoid them like the covid.

I've had several surgeries here over the past 15 years. Dr English is highly skilled and compassionate. His staff is very professional and friendly. Just a great office. Highly recommended.

I had the best experience with my young son at Dr English's office. He was nervous but the Dr was so patient with him and his procedure was painless. Very glad I chose this office.
