Never heard back from Dr regarding treatment plan
Aside from my visit, feeling rushed and impersonal… I was referred to a specialist who was shocked by the referral. They insisted that I reach back out to Dr. Feaster to get more details on the recommended treatment plan, but I was unable to make contact with Dr. Feaster or her office for over a week after my appointment… After several messages left in the portal And several phone calls and voicemails left I’ve pretty much lost hope in following up with Dr. Feaster and understanding the reasoning behind the recommended treatment. This is awful and has severely spiked my anxiety, especially after waiting months to get an appointment with Dr. Feaster in the first place… Now I’m at Square one having to find a new Doctor Who can show some compassion but also at the very least follow up on their recommended treatment plan so I can have clarity on the treatment for my condition
