Run
My entire family saw him and too much chit chat about politics and not enough about us in our appts-but his staff is the reason we ran. Always trying to make a new appt for anything, overcharging us for things that are their fault, even though he says to just call and he can handle it. Most ridiculous thing was withholding my blood pressure pills because I couldn’t get in when he wanted me to. Every 4 weeks! Terrible healthcare and doing a reopen launch is hilarious! Same dr plus same staff is just a smoke show for better care. Don’t bother and folks, keep looking for a dr who actually cares about their patients and not so much money money.

Run!!!
Dr. Ray Rollins has disintegrated over the last few years and is not fit to doctor. He gives little patient care but discusses politics and the Rothschild family continuously during visits. His front desk person Sabrina, is abrasive and his office aide, Kari, is inept - she is not a doctor but pretends to be. I had an appointment, supposed to phoned in 2 prescriptions, but didn't. Here it is 3 days later and I'm back in the office. trying to get my prescriptions phoned and they are trying to charge me for another office visit! Then sent me next door and the pharmacist next door offered to fill it for $20! Something is not right. This office and the pharmacist next door needs to be shut down!!!!

Always had a good experience with Ray.....but his help staff is less to be desired.....had an appointment he scheduled(November 2019) for an ultrasound.....I called a few days later curious about where and when I arrive.... help staff said she hasn't sent it yet and asked If I wanted to call them to set my own appointment.....oh their incompetence gets worse....several times they've called in prescriptions.....get to the pharmacy...they haven't sent them or they are incomplete.......its amazing that he pays these idiots.

ONE STAFF MEMBER WHO IS RUDE AND MALICIOUS. DELIBERATELY SET MY APPOINTMENT FOR A TIME WHEN SHE KNEW THEY WOULD BE CLOSED, NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE HAS DONE THAT. DR. ROLLINS DELIBERATELY LIED TO ME ABOUT CALLING IN A REFILL FOR ME, PHARMACIST SAYS THERE WAS NEVER A REFILL CALLED IN.

Dr. Rollins is a great doc for what he does. I think of him as the neighborhood doc I had growing up. Been going to him for almost 15 years and always easy to talk to about even personal things. He may appear a bit gruff at times, but tell him a joke and he will give you one back. Not every doc is a specialist so it's nice to have someone to get me pointed in the right direction with my medical decisions.
