The office communicated via email extremely well. But Dr. Ortiz is not really interested in hearing what you have to say as a patient. He made some conclusions and made multiple medications after 1 visit. He basically ignored what a specialist in a field said, and made a determination without understanding an already existing condition. I think he jumps to conclusions too quickly (Which is a problem that many doctors probably have), and does not take the time to truly understand what is going on with a patient. He is probably a good doctor in the long run. but I am going to continue searching for a better one.

Dr. Ortiz is knowledgeable, explains thoroughly any medical situatio. , medications and possible side effects. He always answers my questions thoroughly and patiently. Great doctor.
