Super doctor, worst patient services staff
Dr. Stadiem is the best endocrinologist I’ve ever had. On the other hand, his patient services staff is the worst, especially Rachel. I have been speaking with Rachel for over 6 weeks in an attempt to get her on the same page with my pump supply provider to provide them with the insurance information they have requested. She makes an initial attempt but never follows thru to make sure the process is complete. I have been trying to get a Tandem pump supply order for 6 weeks and am still told they have not received all the required information. I have placed dozens of calls and been on hold over 5 cumulative hours and still not sure when or if my supplies will be shipped. I’m resolved to reusing tubing and reservoirs.

Dr. Stadium is one of the only physicians we have encountered who is passionate about the quality of care that he gives. If you have questions, he is quick to respond. Dr. Stadiem will either respond by email or by phone, if necessary even after hours. Dr. Stadiem is one of the best there is!
