Update!! Be aware!!
Update 10 31 24 And yes! Just like I knew he would! He took this review personal and did not order my infusion medication. This man has no values and no morals because regardless of how it made him feel he has one job which is to be my physician. And I had one job which was to clear the balance which I was prepared to do but he sent his goons out and didn’t even ask for payment today. How pathetic! He couldn’t even face me and say it himself, because he know he’s wrong and super petty for that. This is what you call throwing your weight around!

BEWARE unable to make your healthcare decisions
I saw Dr. Hashmi for a few years. Stayed longer than I should have. He DOES NOT like you to question anything he recommends. I was on a biologic injection and copays were becoming a problem, so I mentioned it to him. He wanted me to start infusions. I asked if I could continue to do the medication I was on if I could figure out a way to pay without the copay assistance and he told me to think about it and let him know. When I called to get a refill for the prescription I was currently taking they would not call it in for me. Basically told me he recommended the infusions. Basically WANTS TO MAKE MONEY. He wasn't making any money only seeing me every 3 months for visits because I gave myself the injections. Found a new doctor who took me off some of the medicines he said I had to take and prescribed me the medicine that I was on and was working. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with him, everyone else in the office was good.

Dr Hashmi is treating my husband for a rare autoimmune disease. Dr Hashmi is curious to know what knowledge you have of the disease and then throughly explains the disease and treatment. He encourages questions. He seems truly concerned about the patient. He is very punctual, which is rare in the medical field. I would highly recommend Dr Hashmi.

My husband called for an appointment after being referred by his primary care physician. He was asked to pay a $50 fee to make an appointment. Then he was sent papers to fill out by email. After reading about some of the fees Dr. Hashmi charges over and above our insurance coverage (Medicare & Medigap), my husband decided to cancel his appointment with no refund of the $50 fee. He feels that with all the extra fees that will be charged and not filed with insurance, we could not afford the extra expense. He also feels that not refunding the $50 fee was very unprofessional.

Super Experience with this Dr and the whole office! He is one of a kind. He had asked all my previous Drs for my records and actually reviewed them before seeing me! Just started with him but very impressive, couldn’t ask for a better first impression The nurses and staff are just as nice and caring.

My doctor is good and the nurses are nice; however, the front desk staff is terrible! As a customer service representative I am appalled by how they are allowed to speak to patients. I have been in healthcare for years and know what a challenging role it is but disrespect is never acceptable. They need to find a manager that probably trains the staff or fires them for their poor service.

I'm very grateful to Dr. Hashmi for his care and concern. During my first visit to his office, Dr. Hashmi recognized my medical problem and the lab work he ordered confirmed his diagnosis. Dr. Hashmi was recommended by my Endocrinologist and I'll always be eternally thankful and grateful.

Dr. Hashmi is very personable, he LISTENS to you the patient allowing you input in providing care most important to you. He takes time with you to provide you with education about your condition and explains it in terms you can understand. He and his staff are easy to reach if their is a concern between appointments. I highly recommend him to anyone his knowledge about auto-immune disorders and there role in arthritis symptoms is superior. We are blessed to have a MD of his caliber available.
