I hope she takes her job more seriously
I was originally diagnosed with stage 1 IDC at 34, after a mastectomy my breast surgeon ordered a biopsy on my breast, Dr Leverett made her opinions about that order known, after rolling her eyes, telling me she doesn’t do biopsies on mastectomy breast she finally agreed. I thought this was unprofessional. I understand about advocating for myself, but this time I'm advocating for her other patients. Look back on every scan & if she has been your DR request a second look. She MISSED my Metastatic Cancer Diagnosis a year later - I had my imagining reread bc this didn’t add up. HOW? This woman DID NOT LOOK! She missed a 15mm lung mass- “no radiologist should be missing this,” is what I was told. She never amended the report - she never admitted her mistake… she never said sorry. If she would have looked- maybe my tumor would have been operable, maybe there wouldn’t have been as many tumors, maybe I could have found a treatment that worked for me before all the pain. I’m so scared.

I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. As a patient, I didn’t fully understand the medical terms or procedure and asked for more information. Instead of providing clear explanations, she responded in a condescending and dismissive manner, making me feel as if I should have already known everything. She seemed rushed, offered no reassurance, and provided little to no help. It felt as though she expected patients to come in already informed rather than taking the time to explain things properly.

Terrible
0 Stars at Premier Radiology, Green Hills. Uncaring, not compassionate, zero bedside manner. Condescending, arrogant, did not offer to answer questions or comfort after a possible breast cancer diagnosis that turned out to be positive. Caused so much anxiety and stress by her demeanor that I messaged the President of Premier Radiology. Terribly disappointing and frustrated by the entire experience.

Needs an attitude adjustment. Untrustworthy care due to abysmal interpersonal communication skills. 0 stars.

My experience with Dr Leverett was in the context of Vanderbilt Breast Center. I had a breast MRI and unfortunately the facility failed to screen me for a recent Covid vaccination, which at this point is a known cause for lymph node inflammation that causes false positives and ultimately increased anxiety along with the need for costly follow up testing. I get routine breast MRIs and mammograms due to family Hx of breast cancer as well as a genetic mutation. This facility not only failed to properly do my screening, but also made mistakes in my medical record (documented the Covid vaccination date wrong by one year). After I found out that I should have been screened for a recent Covid vaccination/booster, I called the facility and requested a call back to discuss my concern over the inflammation in my lymph nodes. I was contacted by Dr. Reagan Leverett, section chief, who was extremely arrogant and condescending towards me and failed to acknowledge the mistakes that were made.
