Best psychiatrist ever
Telehealth
Hands down the kindest, most empathetic, most caring psychiatrist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Dr Cho is someone who, after each appointment, I walk away feeling happier, calmer and validated. She is a rarity in this field and supremely helpful in sticking with a patient until their problem is solved.

Worst "psychiatrist" I've ever seen
I have no idea what inspired this woman to become a mental health care provider, because she has not one ounce of sympathy in her body. She was judgemental, rude, spiteful, and argumentative to my OCD needs when I went to the Rogers facility in Skokie. She and the other "treatment care providers" tried to get my disability accommodations revoked from my school because she thought I was embellishing my autism. What a sick joke.

Lacks Experience and Confidence
Dr. Cho is a very patient and kind person, however she lacks experience and confidence. She is extremely wishy washy and often asks YOU what you want to do. As a parent of a young child I am looking for guidance, I am not a MD and having to continually bring "ideas" is extremely frustrating. When she presents any idea she seems incredibly unsure. She is not straight forward or confident in her decisions.

An empathetic doctor
There is a shortage of child psychiatrist and she was not only available but the best I could have asked for. My child has severe anxiety and he was not able to function at school. She got him to get over some of his anxiety and is doing much better now. She was able to communicate the issues to help our son and I don’t know where I would be without her.

DO NOT SEE HER IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY ISSUE OTHER THAN OCD. My son entered Rogers because of severe social anxiety, and left in an even worse state. He says that none of his peers liked their treatments and saw little improvement. Plus she does not customize treatment plans for each patient, everyone get the same thing
