We just love Dr. Cooper. My sons are are 12 and 15 and we have been with Dr. Cooper from before they were born. We met with her in her office before our oldest was born to make sure that we wanted to use her and she spent about 45 minutes because eating our minds. She has been wonderful ever since. My oldest son has had a number of issues and she has worked with us on so many things and always listens to our concerns. She is patient, loving and kind.

The ability to make appointments and the rude receptionist really lowered my stars. Also the wait time is crazy. You're looking at least an hour to just see her.

I am very dissatisfied with our experience. Our former pediatrician retired and Dr. Cooper was recommended. I have been going here with my son and two daughters for a year. My daughters had well child visits which went ok except we had to wait over an hour to be seen each time and the first time she belittled an employee for printing a script twice. The office staff are rude and unhappy and they can't seem to navigate the insurance process. I felt like they were piling on and padding our bill.

Rebecca cooper is a very bad person... She has people do work for her and then doesn't pay when the job is done when I take my daughter to her we have to pay when we leave. I'm a disabled veteran and own a company with 3 employees that didn't get paid for there efforts and hard work. So when she says your family is mine it's bull crap keep yourself and your children far away
