Dr Holder seems knowledgeable enough but it is extremely difficult to communicate with her office staff if you can get them to call back. Asked Dr Holder why it took 11 days to get a prescription. She explained that I had to have an x-ray first and then she gave me the prescription before she received the results of the x-ray. I called 3 weeks ago to discuss the results of the x-ray, left a message because no one ever answers the phone, and have never heard back.

Dr. Holder is very nice, however the staff Tiffany and Antonette do not return phone calls. I have been trying to get assistance with test results with no luck. My insurance carrier even tried to assist with no success. I cannot understand how this office is able to function effectively with lack of patient follow up. I am going to find out if they are held accountable through Park View hospital and file a complaint. I will contact the insurance commissioner also. Rude Antonette is the worst.

Dr. Holder is very nice, but her medical assistant is rude and there is zero communication. I've been trying for weeks to get test results and prescription refills with no luck. I've left countless messages, and no one will return my call. I've passed frustrated and gone straight to angry. Definitely would not recommend them.

Does not have any experience. Lies about your health situation. Does nothing but refer to other doctors. Do not subject yourself to her.

My mom is having serious medical complications and this doctor has refused to call me back. Her PA is rude, and I have gotten nothing but push back from her. This has been more frustrating than dealing with my moms illness and adding more pressure to the family that there needs to be.
