I have been seeing Dr. Hart for several years now for Biote hormone pellets. She has always been very pleasant, very attentive to my needs, and the treatments she gives me for hormone deficiency has turned my life around, in a good way. I would hate to think of going without them. Have never had any complications from the pellets, only great benefits. I recommend Dr. Hart, she is very knowledgeable and always treats you with respect and kindness.

Dr. Hart doesn't care about anything but making money. She will hold your refills until you go pay for a visit where she spends 2 minutes with you. She will also perform unnecessary tests to make money. She is a disgrace to the medical profession!

Very impersonal. Doesn't care much about patient concerns. She is in her own world while you are talking to her. I had to repeat constantly... "are you listening?"...Oh! yes...what were you saying?

Dr. Hart has beenseeing me for thyroid issues and for PTSD for three years now. She is so warm and welcoming. She makes me feel at ease. My thyroid levels were checked by Quest Diagnostics and the results were sent to her so she can continue prescribing my medication which I need regardless of what city I’ve been in. She also prescribed a animal for PTSD and he hasn’t left my side since. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Sincerely, Claire Valladares

Dr Hart has always answered my questions and frequently ask me questions regarding my health. Although difficult in getting an appointment, she is always courteous and listens well to your issues or problems. CDA

Took a month and a half to get an spot. Checked in at 2:10, still hadn't been seen at 3:20. Staff not very friendly. I walked out. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even give this place a one star but no other option.
