My office visit was not what of a compassionate Doctor, she seemed uninterested in my condition, suggested alternatives. I asked her about little bumps on my neck she looked at me without any concern and said if I remove just 4 of them it considered cosmetic , it will cost you $150 remove them because your insurance won’t cover it. I thought oh my goodness she is more concerned about the money than helping me. She then performed a procedure by injecting medication into my scalp, which a week later cause a big bump on my forehead , I called her office to see if this was normal they referred me to her assistant, but unfortunately the assistant did not answer I left a detailed message, to this day a month later I have NOT heard or have I received any correspondence by phone FROM the assistant or Dr. Marcus. I have NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH A DOCTOR OR HER ASSISTANT, BECAUSE SHE CERTAINLY DID NOT CARE ABOUT GETTING BACK TO ME,!!!!!
