Dr. Rebecca Michels, DO

I am so glad that Dr. Michels has her practice here. She has the best staff. They are friendly and make sure that the patients are seen in a timely manner. Dr. Michels listens to my concerns and works with me to find the best solution. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with her. I also appreciate that blood tests can be performed in her office so that I don't have to make a separate trip to have them done.

I’ve gone for every month no matter if it’s a monthly check up or sinus infection. There is nothing too big or small to ask. If she doesn’t have the answer she will get back to you! I have never felt rushed. If she is running a little late that’s ok by me because she is not rushing someone else. I understand! Dr. Michels will listen to you and explain what she is saying what is going on. I appreciate this because although I think I know a lot, I’m not a Dr.! Plenty of parking and easy access to building for those who are handicapped. I do both in person appointments and convenience of telehealth appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Michels for you or your family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rebbeca Michael's for several years...she became my Primary Care Physician by default after my current Primary left this practice...I have had delays in surgical clearance, getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner, etc. but I now feel the need to address a TOTAL lack of quality of care after my last televisit...Dr.Michaels was made aware of a complication I was having after stomach surgery..we agreed on a plan..and the urgency of this plan...after repeated calls to her staff (5) over 2 days following my visit...NO RESUTS! I had to call a different Dr. who Dr. Michaels was aware of...he was about to get the prescription I needed called in and approved in 10 minutes....He realized how neccesary that medication was considering my current medical condition...Dr. Michaels or the lack of communication with her staff left me without any recourse through their office. Total lack of compassion and quality of care!
