Where do I begin…Dr. Rebecca Neustein is blessing to all of us who come to her “blind as a bat”. I have been wearing glasses for sixty years - after she performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, I can now see 20_20 in each eye WITHOUT glasses (except for reading). I cannot believe how much clearer the focus, brighter the colors and better night vision I am enjoying. In addition, she was able to perform glaucoma surgery at the same time and eliminated the need to take nightly drops to control the pressure. My quality of life has increased a hundredfold. A bonus is her sunny personality and I have officially dubbed her “Dr. Sunshine”. I want to also recognize how much I appreciate her Fellows Dr. Bowdin and Dr Friese, Technicians Patrick and Twila and everyone who supported her efforts to facilitate such a successful outcome.

I have had glaucoma for 40 some years and seen many doctors in that time. I was initially disappointed when referred to Dr. Neustein thinking she was too young and inexperienced but she has proven to be a wonderful eye doctor who genuinely cares for her patients and is very willing to confer with other doctors when needed. I have only one good eye and she has gone the distance in trying to find non-surgical solutions for my high eye pressure. I would highly recommend her to anybody needing treatment for glaucoma.
