I have been going to Dr. Rung for over 5 years now and she is the best doctor I have had as an adult. She knows me by name without having to look at a chart and cares for her patients as a whole person not just a number etc. She desires to be a part of the decision making process on medications/treatments. Dr. Rung responds very quickly to her emails via the Atrium site. I would recommend her in the highest possible terms to anyone.

Missed my husband's prostate cancer when his PSA levels were in her reports. At Atrium it is difficult for consumers to find PSA levels on line. She never mentioned the levels were increasing. The information was in her hands. Changed physicians because her attitude was very unpleasant at his last appointment. New physician immediately sent him for a biopsy. Seven out of twelve punches were positive for cancer. He had a total prostatectomy in October 2019.

If your looking for doctor who is opinionated and never listens to you she is the one. Nurses are very distant and rude. Don't dare call for refill because it takes days for staff to call you just to say make appointment which takes week or more to schedule. Would never recommend her to anyone.
