So dismissive and rude
I waited a long time for this appointment, under the impression that Dr. Tuetken was a "big-picture" kind of doctor. Instead, I found her to be a "big ego" with a narrow vision. She was somewhat harsh to her intern and outright rude and dismissive to me. I was sobbing by the time she walked out of the room with no conclusive path forward. She was all over the map with her questions, but cared not a whit about my answers, interrupting me and at one point, throwing herself back in her chair and her arms up into the air, soo upset that I was trying to talk to her regarding the context of the development of my symptoms. I had no xrays to look at, so on her computer she brought up an xray of someone else, and by the time she was halfway through pointing out all of the this and that on the xray, she forgot it wasn't an xray of me! I would never return to her, and I certainly would suggest that anyone referred to her find someone... anyone... else to go to for diagnosis and care.

She was very focused on celiac disease but I went there for chronic pain, not stomach troubles. She didn’t listen to my complaints and even interrupted several times. It seemed like she was trying to impress the student intern more than get to the root of my problem. I was very depressed when I left her office. I have since seen a different rheumatologists who diagnosed me with fibromyalgia.

I really liked Dr. Turtleneck. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable about my rare autoimmune disease and helped me feel much more comfortable with my diagnosis. She also made a referral to a local, qualified physician so I didn’t have to drive long distance for treatment.

Provider is rude and dismissive of diagnosis received elsewhere. Provider doesn’t listen and will leave you sicker than before you initially came for care.

Terrible intense questioning, dismissed my chronic conditions. Said I was going to get my thyroid checked and the test was never ordered. No communication between her and my previous Dr. despite numerous attempts on the other doctors end. Not very up to date on Autoimmune Illnesses. Rude and dismissive.
