Best Overall Family Doctor I've Ever Had
I've been seeing Dr. Turner for 35 years. We moved and I changed physicians. After 3 months I decided to drive the extra miles and returned to Dr. Turner. She is the most knowledgeable Family Practitioner I've ever know. She asks penetrating questions I've not thought of to understand exactly what the problem is. She is concerned not only with patient, but also with your family - even though she is no longer their attending. I've moved into a senior living facility that has an on campus facility, staffed by physicians from a large, national network. I would not change doctors, but my health condition no longer allows me to drive. The only negative thing related to this practice is that the staff seems to have no plan or procedure for returning telephone calls. The staff rating would be a 2, Dr. Turner is a strong 10. Ok, based on this scale, a strong 5.I have no problem recommending her as a great Doctor.

I have seen a NP and Turner, I like Turner she is friendly enough but is horrible on getting things done that needs to be done. I haven;t had a Cpap for close to a year, been tring to get me a new elect. Scooter told her my pull ups need to be done, and I wanted to have my oxegen machine to be dine with all my other stuff... I never had to leave a negative feed back for anyone before she is the 1ST

Quality Care / Quality Person
After serving 20 years in the military I never knew what quality medical care was until I met her. She actually listened to me and exceeded all my expectations. Though I am no longer a patient of hers because I moved from the area I will always remember her fondly.

Excellent doctor. I have seen her for over 20 years. Dr. Turner is very knowledgeable and has a great "bedside manner". The clinic is in the Truman Medical system and suffers from a very negligent staff. I have recommended her to friends.

I've been a patient for over 20+ years, thank God I'm not sickly are I would be dead. Refills never taken care of until the 3rd call, nurse never calls back. From previous reviews this appears to be the norm. Anyway, like a bad marriage I wanted it to work, but now its time to cut the cord, I've put more of my life in careless hands and I have had it.

This doctor and office is the worse! Could not get them to fill out the prior auth to get blood thinner medication filled for a patient that has had several episodes of pulmonary embolism and has been told she can't afford another one. Have tried for 4 days to get this office to do their job. WORSE EVER!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I will get my mom another doctor that cares NO DOCTOR should put a patients life at risk like this one has!!! If I could I would not even give them 1 star

I have seen a Nurse Practitioner in her office the past two years. They never call back. They say they will contact you about your labs, and do not. The notes in my case are full of falsehoods. Saying they had verbalized to me and that I understood my plan for prediabetes. They have never told me I was diagnosed!! There are exams they say they completed that they did not, and screenings that I refused, but was never offered. I would never recommend this medical group to anyone.

~office staff not friendly; inaccurate record keeping; nurse does not return phone calls (office policy?) ; poor communication; vaccinations serum given was expired; long waits to see dr (never on time) Dr. Turner might be a good dr. but the staff and nurse are horrible. Had to check my medical history myself; found over 10 errors in the record documentation by nurse.
