Hold time is 30 minutes when you call the office n
Do not recommend. It is impossible to get through to the office by phone. Wait times exceed 30 minutes, and it is not possible to cancel or reschedule online. If a practice is too cheap to hire enough receptionists, that gives me low confidence in the quality of care they are providing. What good is a doctor if you can't reach them?

Excellent Doctor
Dr Richmond is wonderful. She takes time to discuss your issues and provides substantive information and details about the what, the why, and the how. She speaks to her patients as intellectual partners and explains the medical rationale for what's happening with your body and why she's making a particular recommendation. She's also very kind, patient and compassionate. She's just an all-around wonderful person and doctor and I feel lucky to have found her.

So happy Dr. Richmond is my doctor.
As always Dr Richmond is a joy to visit. She is attentive to my needs and is such a good listener. When she is checking you medically she is so gentle. Her staff as well is very helpful and courteous. I am very thankful to have Dr. Richmond as my doctor.

I am more than impressed with Dr. Richmond, as well as her staff. Dr. Richmond was extraordinarily compassionate, kind and put me at ease during my very first visit. I appreciate the time she spent speaking with me before my exam, as not all OBGYN’s do this.

After seeing the same gyno for almost 20 years, I switched to Dr. Richmond a few years ago. I am so glad I did. She listens and is proactive about my concerns. I feel a level of comfort and trust I never had before. Aside from a great doctor she is a positive and warm person as well. The staff is amazing too. 5 stars!
