Appreciated feeling heard
I just started seeing Dr. Robinson, but her kindness and patience with me was so refreshing. I appreciated the time she spent with me. I feel good with her plan for followup and look forward to continuing to see her in the future. The office and nursing staff at her small office were wonderful and followed up quickly with record requests. I was able to book my first visit online in just a few days. I completed forms online which allowed me to collaboratively add important parts of my medical history, symptoms and family history as part of my medical record. I left the office with a feeling of gratitude for this small part of the larger Matsu Medical Group. She is the only physician at her office and does a wonderful job.

Bad 1st impression
I was passed on to her by my doctor that left the state. This was a 6 month follow up for diabetes. While I was there, I had her look at some open sores I had. She blew them off as a superficial infection, gave me some anti-biotic and sent me on my way, No follow up. And a month later the sores increased in number and got much worse. I went to a different doctor in a different clinic, and he immediately recognized them as MSRA which I had a history of. He drained the sores and prescribed the correct treatment. A week later I am doing much better. I have sense heard other less than positive reports about Dr Robinson. I will be looking for another primary care doctor.

She has been the family doc for my Husband and me for years. Very knowlegeable. Very caring. Excellent follow-up. She has provided exceptional care theu all kinds of medical crises as we have aged Billing sucks but that is NOT her fault, but rather Park Ridge. Eventually they always sort it out without our having to anything.
