I really like this doctor. I use to see AJ and really liked him a lot. I see Derik now. He is great. I say Dr. Ward once and was very impressed with him. I hope I will always be able to go to this office. I am very satisified.I give them 5 stars.

I have been in Idaho Falls since last September and finally found great medical care this summer when I saw Dr. Ward. He listens well, likes to minimize medication and does all of the things a family practice physician needs to be doing to provide excellent care.

AJ was the reason we came to Doctor Ward's clinic. As soon as he was gone our experience went downhill. My boyfriend has been coming here for pain management. Dr. Jensen always asked how he was doing and made him feel comfortable and cared about. Now we come in, and they dont seem to hear any questions or concerns, they want to write a script and throw us out the door like a hot potato. Not how someone should feel about their healthcare provider.

I was not actually seen my Dr. Ward. However, I felt very comfortable with the staff and the office in general. I feel they cared about our health and made every effort to make us feel we are in good hands.

I really liked AJ in Dr. Ward's office, but having to deal with the office personnel is not worth it. I will be changing doctors. It is impossible to schedule an appointment with them and they want you spread out your needs into several visits. I truly don't think they care if you return or not.

Horrible place told my wife she can’t be seen in that office anymore because she was late three times SMH I can’t believe they try to say that’s they policy

Unprofessional , uncaring facility . Watched them turn away a couple who only had 20 in change to give for payment..Told them to go to the bank and bring back paper money. Thank goodness a young lady on the staff bought the change for her grandkids piggy banks. Lost all respect.
