Professional But Not Thorough
At first I was impressed with doctor Patel for my osteoporosis condition. I had absolutely no pain upon my visit. She prescribed Alendronate for my osteoporosis. I initiated the discussion of the impact of Alendronate on the jaw she added her thoughts but said absolutely nothing about any other side effects of this drug. Two pills later ( one pill a week) I began getting shoulder, groin, hip, thigh, and knee pain all on my left side. She should have discussed all possible side effects. Muscle skeletal pains from Alendronate are reported as being temporary or permanent. I now have daily left side pain from my shoulder to my knees. Dr Patel should not worry so much about being in and out of the exam room door within in 13 or 15 minutes and should take the time to provide information about a drug she is prescribing that can cause temporary or permanent debilitating joint and muscle pain that significantly impacts daily life functions.

First few visits went well and I initially thought she was a good doctor. However, after a few visits she started becoming very rude and acted like she was rushed during all of my appointments. I tried to ask a question and she said “well, if you would let me finish instead of talking, I would tell you.” I found this to be very rude and unprofessional. I had also previously tried calling the office to ask a question about my medication dosage, I did not receive a response so I called back one week later. I did not receive a callback to this call either from either a nurse or Dr. Patel. Very disappointing because she seemed great at first but then the unprofessionalism really started to emerge. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

Dr. Patel is a great doctor. I believe her staff and nurses make her office work Efficiently. There is one nurse in particular that took the time to know me as a person, helped me with my new pump and sensor. She is my motivator and I feel I would be lost without her. Thank you Alise Pipitone for making me feel that I could do this and anything else life wants to throw my way. I am so happy you are in Dr. Patel office. You make a difference!!!!!!

Horrible advice that does not work. She thinks she has answers and speaks with confidence however the advice is ineffective. She knows nothing about the medication she prescribes. She goes by the book and not reality. Her office is too busy, they treat you like cattle, they do not care about anyone. They did not return messages, they do not deal with insurance companies properly. They have not answered phones since the outbreak of the COVD19. Stay away from this incompetant doctor.

I adore Dr Patel. She is the only doctor who got my A1C to 6. I was over 10 for years. The right meds, a little exercise, the right diet and the right doctore ( DR PATEL) is all it takes. She's terrific. Honestly, I think she is the best and I've been to several! She knows her stuff. 5 Stars in my book! BARBARA

I had a very bad experience with this office. I scheduled my appointment more than 6 months ago and due to a system error it was confirmed for the wrong time. I drove more than 2 hours just to come and be told I could not be seen and would have to reschedule for another 2 months. I understand that an error was made but it wasn't my fault and do not think it was handled fairly. Waiting another two months to be seen when I have already waited more than 6 months is simply unacceptable.

I have been a patient ofDr Reema Patel for past one year. She was highly recommended by another extremely satisfied patient of Dr Patel. After going through so many Diabetes Physicians and Endocrinologist , finally I have found the real GEM! Dr Reema Patel is extremely knowledgeable and a caring person. Her office is pretty far from me but I do not mind making my trip to see her. The office staff is courteous and efficient, the waiting time is minimum. I HIGHLY recommend her.

I like coming to this practice...the staff are very nice and I feel like the doctors take care of me. All I ask is that you please please please let the staff shorten their greeting when they answer the phone! It takes so long, then they ALWAYS ask to put me on a brief hold which is not brief. I always hate calling for this reason, but when I do speak to someone, they are always nice. Otherwise, the wait time is short, the office is clean and professional... happy I found this practice
